 C3P LLC and multiple other companies within our family have requested New Age Technology Consulting to perform a business needs analysis.
Mona Levinson presented the Star to Star system. The system integrated all our business phone communications. The system is truly magnificent and is designed for expansion. You can start with only a few extensions, and grow all the way to call center size – only limit being your internet bandwidth/speed.
The redundancy features (system is always up, there are backups for backups), ease of programming, ease of use render the solution a perfect fit. Multiple companies are serviced by one system, which in turn streamlined the cost of phone communication, and reduced our previous bills by more than 50%. Routing of the calls has freed up time of our receptionist to assist project managers with their duties. Features of the Star To Star system are many, however it is Mona’s professional support that really completes the package.
Mona’s personalization of our new system (initial configuration) and customer care are at the highest of standards. She personalized all our voice mail inboxes, set up the find me follow me features, and any time we had questions or needed support, she was there to help within minutes. Our employees each had individual training, which was included in the offer – at no extra charge.

You were very thorough understanding our needs and able to implement the correct protocol according to what we discussed. As part of an organization that sells technology I have come to appreciate products that perform as they are represented and then are backed up by excellent support and product knowledge. I can honestly say that during our 2 year relationship with New Age Technology Consulting and Star2Star Communications, they have certainly fit these criteria.
We looked at several products and companies during our initial evaluations and Dave and Mona spent many hours going over their solutions proposal and showing us how their product would significantly change how we handled our telecommunications. I must say we were skeptical of the cost savings presented and whether the technology was reliable. We put them through ever wringer possible and every time they came back with an improved solution.
When we finally decided to move forward with New Age TC, Mona and her team did a great job with the implementation of systems in 2 offices and then continued educating us on how to get the most out of the new technology. The cost savings they proposed were accurate and the system has proven to be very reliable. If we have any issues our system usually notifies us and New Age before anyone in our offices even knows there was a problem.

 The purpose of this correspondence is to provide a letter of recommendation for New Age Technology Consulting. Jacaranda Trace is a 33 acre full service retirement community with 444 condominium units and an 85,000 square foot Clubhouse. We have over 100 employees to serve our residents. We were "forced" into looking at new phone systems when we could no longer find replacement telephones for our antiquated system. We researched for many months and decided on Star to Star through New Age Technology Consulting at a more competitive cost.
Dave Lenosky and Mona Levinson were excellent to work with. From the beginning they were professional and competent which helped in dealing with the inevitable surprises that occur whenever such a conversion is embarked upon. Not only were Dave and Mona responsive, their staff went above and beyond.
We have an emergency call system, Lifeline, for our elderly residents to signal when there is a problem. If this system is down, our residents are at risk. The New Age Systems Engineer, Britt Strickland, was called when we had such a problem. He came out after hours and discovered why our entire system failed. He tracked a problem back to a switch Verizon had disengaged by mistake that very same day. This is how you define experience. Set up, training, and service after the installation, were also done seamlessly with New Age. I would recommend New Age TC to anyone looking to upgrade their communication system.

 Recently your company installed a new telephone system through-out our departments (6) Buildings. This was quite an undertaking being that we were replacing an existing system while maintaining our 2417 emergency operational status.
This was a very smooth transition from installation to classes on the equipment and its operation. Your staff was very professional and courteous at all times though-out this process and was always there for any questions or issues that might arise.
The phone system equipment and service was everything that we expected and contracted for to say the least.  Tidewell Hospice Inc. is installing a pilot Star2Star IP Phone System, in thier new Punta Gorda, Florida location. The expectation is for 18 additional locations and an estimated 800 phones. They will save thousands per month once the project is complete.

 When New Age Technology Consulting stopped by our office to talk about the new Verizon FiOS that was just installed in our area, they brought up the Star2Star IP Phone System. Explained that the servers were housed offsite in a building built with redundant systems in Tampa. Explaining that we would be able to manage it ourselves, and it would lower our monthly cost.
We have over 70 total phones, including an office in the UK, Germany and China. He returned details on what the new system would look like and the cost. The first year we would save up to $600.00 a month, the second yeat we would save up to $1500.00and after the lease, we could save up to $2200.00 a month. It was easy for management to see the advantages.
Once the project was started and the phones arrived, we put them next to our old phones for a couple of weeks. We were able to call our while the old phone numbers were being ported over. During this time, our users were able to get familiar with the new phones. They are easy to figure out, instructions are easy to understand and videos are available to watch. The New Age Team was very professional and timely with the installation and support.
Overall we had a very good experience with the install. We are very pleased with the quality of the phones and their performance. We love being able to manage the extensions ourselves. The web browser management is very easy to use and understand. No more phone wiring and phone company support. We currently have our old phones and system for sale.
